Production à Entry à Entry à Production issue overview
This page displays the overview of the production orders with planned materials to be issued. From this page, you can view the list of materials to be issued per production order as well as register the quantity of materials used for the steps that are executed on the selected operation. The data can then be updated to Exact Globe Next via Exact Integration.
To access this page, the Shop floor control role is required. In addition to that, a few requirements need to be met. For more information, see the Roles and rights section in Logging in to Shop Floor Control via Exact Synergy Enterprise.

When issuing materials, you:
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to exit.
Type or select the division code to display the production orders belonging to the selected division.
Type or select the production order number to display the planned materials to be issued for the selected production order.
Select Order or Item to group the results by the selected option.
Type or select the warehouse code to display the materials planned to be issued belonging to the selected warehouse.
Type or select an ID to display the materials to be planned, which are handled by the selected person.
Note: This is available only if you have selected Item at Group by.
Select Yes or No to display materials with or without the Backflush check box selected in the production order entries (in Exact Globe Next) respectively.
This column displays the production order numbers. Only production orders with at least the Released status, but not Completed, are displayed.
This column displays the codes of the warehouses.
Click the hyperlink to view the corresponding item card. For more information, see Viewing item cards.
Click Zoom on the respective line to view the list of planned materials to be issued for the production order.
Note: This is available only if you have selected Order at Group by.
This column displays the IDs of the people who handle the materials.
This column displays the names of the operations.
Click Issue on the respective line to start issuing the material. For more information, see Issuing materials in Exact Synergy Enterprise user interface.
